Your home/vacation home is a significant investment and should be protected. Larson Home Services will inspect your home weekly to check that all doors and windows are locked and to maintain the appropriate temperature for the season. We also check the propane levels during the winter months to help prevent pipes from freezing.
Also, prior to the arrival of you or your guests, we will turn on the hot water heater, increase the heat and turn on a light. Upon departure, we will make sure your house is closed up properly and check if any problems have occurred.
For additional consideration, arrangements can be made for services such as, yard maintenance, house cleaning, deck and house oiling, snow removal, and other services upon request.
